At KILRR, we strive for total flavor satisfaction; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened items or a full replacement for any damaged shipments.

Return Process

  Ensure your food items are unopened, in their original packaging, and within 14 days of the delivery date to qualify for a return.

  Contact Support

  Email our support team with your order number and a photo of the product if it arrived damaged or incorrect.

  Ship the Product

  Once your return is authorized, pack the items securely and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send them back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After we inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
